What you can expect from your UnRealty Agent when you are buying:
- Full and comprehensive in-person consultation, including customized financing and budgeting information
- Answering any questions you may have about your real estate needs
- Providing training on how to use our pre-construction database, if requested
- Customized daily emails of new MLS® listings that meet your criteria
- Daily review of MLS® listings with you
- Meeting with you to view properties
- Drafting and negotiating all offers, and all related correspondence
- Drafting and negotiating any amendments, waivers, and other paperwork involved in your offer
- Keeping you on track for your offer to become firm (e.g. no longer conditional on financing, home inspection, due diligence reviews, and so on)
- Sending your firm offer to your lawyer and lender to complete the purchase transaction on the closing date
- Attending with you on a final visit
- Following up with you after your purchase to ensure your transition into your new home or investment went smoothly
